| The real-time measurement module CVM allows multichannel voltage measurements of cascaded fuel cells, electrolysers and high-caps.
CVM90-R3 has 90 input channels and allows the measurement of 90 single cells or 180 double cells. Up to 31 modules can be cascaded, so a maximum number of 2790 cells 0r 5580 cells resp. can be monitored.
The measurement module can be directly mounted on a fuel cell stack or it can be integrated into a test stand. The connection to the fuel cell is done via individual cables to input clamp units.
Configuration and result transmission is realised via CAN messages. For that purpose 2 CAN busses are provided: the first bus (iCAN) transmits the detailed single cell values. It is typically connected to a PC with our CVMVIEW!pro software for visualisation.
The second CAN-bus (eCAN) transmits just condensed information and is typically connected to the fuel cell control unit.
Input voltage range per channel ±1.20V (standard range), scan-time per channel 1ms typ., power supply 7-60VDC, 2x CAN-bus connection compatible to ISO11898 CAN 2.0A (CAN2.0B compatibility). CVMOS!pro operating system for preinstalled.
Casing aluminium anodized, dimensions without brackets 333x30x105 (WxHxD) in mm. Protection
For control and visualisation two Windows programs are available:
CVMLIB!pro lets you control the CVM measurement module via standard programming languages such as C, C++ or LabVIEW.
With CVMVIEW!pro you easily configure the measurement unit(s) and visualise the results with a graphical user interface.
The embedded microcontroller can be reprogrammed and thus allows easy upgrades of functionality.. |
