ESL 9647 is a silver palladium conductor with approximately a 3:1 Ag to Pd ratio. It is designed for interconnects and SOFC and other fuel cells. It is designed to have excellent initial adhesion and excellent thermal aging adhesion after an extended period of time at temperature. As an interconnect conductor, it has excellent oxidation resistance. This conductor also has excellent large-diameter aluminum wire bondability.
