HYDROGEN "COMPONENTS", INC. was incorporated in Colorado in 1978 as HYDROGEN "CONSULTANTS", INC. At that time, consulting was our main line of business. Today we manufacture components, design and assemble hydrogen-related subsystems and deliver turn-key systems to customer specifications. Consulting services remain a small but important part of our business.

HCI occupies a 12,000 square foot (1,111 square meter) warehouse building with attached offices. The warehouse is divided into a machine shop, a welding shop, an area for melting and heat treating metals, an automotive test area, a flammable gas storage/blending/compression area (outside), a temperature controlled room for metal hydride testing and secure storage areas for HCI and customer materials.
