Return Policy

To return an item please visit our contact page. All returned items require a Return Authorization #. Most returns within 30 days of the delivery date will be free of charge. Approved items returned 30 days after the delivery date will have up to a 35% restocking fee.

Customer returning items within the first 30 days due to the mistake of H-Tech will not be responsible for the return shipping.

All returns must include 100% of the original parts, packaging, and manuals. Items must be in their original condition. Please contact us to find out if an item may be returned prior to ordering.
