Oorja Protonics—the California company that announced its presence in the fuel cell market last week—has officially launched it first commercial product, the OorjaPac.

A joint venture has been launched by Scottish and Southern Energy (SSE) and Intelligent Energy to develop fuel cell based technology which can be used in Combined Heat and Power systems.

VANCOUVER - Ballard Power Systems (TSX:BLD) has signed a two-year agreement with a Danish company to supply fuel cells for products developed for the materials handling market, the company said Tuesday.
